# Xiaomi / Aqara app not working (Solved after reboot)

This is what I see when I’m about to add a new aqara device (have about 15 installed already)

I have tried to restart the app but same result…

I did… On the third attempt it started to work again 🤞

Next time do a PtP (pull the plug) and leave it out for 10-15 minutes.
