# World Cup 2026 Dashboard widget

Hi everyone! I built a widget (for personal use) to display the World Cup schedule on my Homey Dashboard — and since I already made it, why not share it? 😄

Technically it’s just a regular web page, so you can add it as a ‘web’ widget to your dashboard. It refreshes itself, so you can ignore the refresh settings in your dashboard. The widget is 175px tall, so make sure to lock that height in your settings.

Additional parameters:

- **lang** with possible values: **nl-en-de-fr**
- **tz** with possible timezones: [List of tz database time zones - Wikipedia](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_tz_database_time_zones)
- **date** (only for simulation) in format: **2026-06-14T03:00**
- **nobg** with only possible value: true

Would it be possible to remove the background image by sending a parameter in the adress?  
_homeywidgets.netlify.app/worldcup.html?lang=en&tz=Europe%2FAmsterdam&bg=none_  
for example?
