# When the power goes out

when the power goes out and came back (short or long blackout):

1. i need a notification on phone (to be know that the call from anti-theft alarm is for blackout.  
2)i need a notification on phone the power is came back (so i can check with camera wifi)
2. i need a solution to check if the light switch on alone, like ikea so i can force the switch off.

some one try with IFTTT? or other idea?
