# When I check Homey update section I have an error

Error - getaddrinfo EAI\_AGAIN [pl-0-eu-west-1.l2whm.mongodb.net](http://pl-0-eu-west-1.l2whm.mongodb.net)

Anyone have this problem?

Please add at least the Homey model to your error report.  
~~I suspect it to be a Homey SHS instance (in general these can’t be updated per update firmware page)~~

Homey 2023 - 12.10.1 version. Problem since yesterday
