# When criticism is treated as disruption, a community stops being a community

Athom almost never closes topics. The only two I’ve seen are these ([1](https://community.homey.app/t/new-community-store/122980), [2](https://community.homey.app/t/ignoring-original-designers-developers/62621)), for which the reason of closing them is very obvious.
