January 10, 2026, no record in the CSA database, but using the Matter logo on your webpage.  
Still no record in the CSA database.  
In contrast Homey is listed:

That’s merely what every other support desk will do, including all the support desks from all the companies where i work(ed).. So in this case a real non-discussion.

If you make a ticket and want them to do something with it, then make sure that you folow up on it, just as the support did with your ticket.  
You file 1 ticket, they get hundreds.

If you want to discuss with Athom support, then do it via that channel. Basically you are now polluting a COMMUNITY forum with your personal grieves against Athom.
