# Whatsapp/ telegram

Hi,

I hope there is somebody who can help me.

One day everything runs smoothly, the next day Whatsapp stops working. It says a new pairing code is needed but when I try to fix it the wheel keeps on turning endlessly.

Now also Telegram stopped working getting the message Cannot read proporties of undefined (reading ‘toString’).

I cannot figure out what the issue is. I did not change anything.

Both are provided by multiple apps, please specify the apps used?

Thanks. It best practice to post each issue to the corresponding app topic, in order to reach the developers (and fellow app users).  
These kind of support links (f.i. to app topics) are mentioned at the app pages @ homey.app store.
