Hi. I can not get the myenergi app to work. I have a zappi+harvi What do i need to fill in. As. Name:Serial nummer/password? Tried everything… Thx in advance ---

Same issue, hub serial number correct, Pwd copy/pasted from password manager ---

I was told by my Zappi Installer today that no password is created or used in the MyEnergi Hub, given the developer has not visited for 6 months the MyEnergi App maybe abandonware ☹ ---

But i think i can help you out here Hubname API url : [https://s18.myenergi.net](https://s18.myenergi.net) Hubname : You can put in what ever you like on the hub config line. Serial nr you put in the hub serial And the password is the account pw for the hub. // Ted ---

Thanks. I don’t have a password for the hub, I have tried the myenergi password but no joy. No rush on this I am just getting the homey up and working. ---

Hello Busta, you have to create an api key at: [myenergi account](https://myaccount.myenergi.com/login) and then you will get a generated password which you have to enter in homey. Hi, I have the same problem, I fill in all the details an have tried my Eddie local network password along with the api which I have refreshed and re entered but still get cannot find any devices. I have reached out to myenergi but all I get from them that they do not support 3rd party apps. Any help much appreciated Simon ---

Adrian has a (tech) contact in the Somfy organisation, but there’s no sign of Somfy controlling or allowing, even blocking anything. Similar situation for Shelly app, developed by Jelger, and handed to Drenso B.V., a Dutch company developing and maintaining apps as “agent” of Athom. If it’s an actual fact, I’m surprised there’s no info (or link to the brand site) about this on the app store page of any “official” app. Simply nothing says the brand has “allowed” or approved the app. For MyEnergy app, all support links on the homey.app store page point to the github source of the app developer André Biseth.
