# Websocket error

That work for me too, but found a better solution.  
After looking into your tip.

Apparently the homey web app does not work properly with private relay anymore.  
Apple has a [support site](https://support.apple.com/en-us/102022?cid=mc-ols-icloud-article_ht213548-ios_ui-05232023) on this subject, On that page I found how to _temporarily_ switch the “hide IP address.

That also solves the issue and you don’t loose private relay for all websites:

- Click the icon on the top of your web page
- Then click the three dots (more button)
- And select show IP address
