Since a few days I am getting a websocket error when opening the web version (my.homey.app) on my ipad. ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex025/uploads/athom/original/3X/0/5/0513a160648148a56228478ea05bedaa8cae054e.png) A [thread in german](https://community.homey.app/t/wesocket-error/143344/9) seems to talk about the same issue, but different situation and behaviour - i have 3 homeys, all at the same account. When I open the web version I can access the remote one without problems but the 2 on my home network both give the error (so is it related to my network?) - When I restart my homey (via the app) I can shortly access it also via the web, but shortly after it fails. (Does a reboot also affect the router connection? - when I reboot my rooter same behaviour, shortly accesible - When I switch to 4G iso wifi, it start working - When I switch on VPN, it starts working - When I switch to safari privat mode, it starts working - Clearing browser data & cookies, no change I did not change anything on my network and did not do any software uodates on homey (is on manual) ---

I have the same since today (on my iPad) - when I switch on VPN then it does work. - When I use Chrome instead of Safari it also works (without VPN) ---

šŸ«¤ I did not do updates on my iPad eitherā€¦ Does homey connect differently when on a local network. (Maybe Athom is (finally) working on improving the local connectionā€¦? ---

I updated Homey to 12.7.0 om Monday but the problem only started today. ---

Hi! I am not able to reach my Homey Pro 2023 in the web app anymore. The iPhone app and the iPad app looks like itā€™s working fine. But when I try to log in to Homey in the browser I get a message saying ā€œError websocket errorā€ and a Retry button. I have tried to restart Homey and the router but its not making any difference. ---

I have narrowed it down even more. Looks like there is an issue with Safari on my Mac. It works in private mode, but not in standard. I have cleared all history (cookies and web site data) but there is no change. ---

I have tried to turn off iCloud Private Relay and now it works. So it looks like it has something to do with that. ---

Apparently the homey web app does not work properly with private relay anymore. Apple has a [support site](https://support.apple.com/en-us/102022?cid=mc-ols-icloud-article_ht213548-ios_ui-05232023) on this subject, On that page I found how to _temporarily_ switch the ā€œhide IP address. Iā€™ve experienced the same. Restarted about everything in my network. But switching of iCloud private relay did the trick. Homey on web wasnā€™t affected via MacBook, online on iOS/ipad is. Now a few days later, it works again with Icloud Private relay on. Maybe it was just a glitch or bug? ---

Iā€™ve the same problem. But not on iPad and/or safari. Iā€™m on Windows and use Firefox and Edge. Any idea? Thank you all. ---

Problem still occurs here too, but the [trick](https://community.homey.app/t/websocket-error/143433/10) still works. I guees it might be related to the local access that is being rolled out ---

Trick doesnā€˜n work for me ā˜¹ Problem started after update to IOS 27 on my Ipad but on my updatet Iphone i have no problems at all.
