# Warping on bottom of homey pro 2023

Does anyone know if this is normal? I’ve submitted a support ticket but with a 2-3 day estimated response time I thought id ask here too

Is it only on the sticker? Probably a screw hole in that case. If it’s on the hard casing, it’s definitely an issue and should be reported to Athom.

My first thought was a screw hole and the sticker warping around the gap, something that happens with glued stickers but this is actually the casing which is a bit more concerning but odd considering there shouldnt be anything other than a plate behind it

they actually came back to me quite quickly, and its definitely faulty. They told me Amazon (who i bought it off) would handle the replacement but they only offered a refund so ill take the opportunity to upgrade to the 2026 model
