How to add devices from VOCOlinc to Home PRO?  
Please for help.

There’s no Homey app, so you can’t add those devices to Homey

However, when I looked for Vocolinc @ Google app store, to me it is very much looking like a Tuya whitelabel brand.  
In that case, this is what you can try:
