Hallo Mike, herzlich willkommen! Kenne mich mit der Viessmann ViCare App nicht aus, aber Du könntest das Problem am besten direkt im zugehörigen App Topic beschreiben. Erstens hat der Programmierer der App dieses Topic selbst erstellt, überwacht es und ist auch aktiv.
