To me it’s very odd the web app doesn’t load ([https://my.homey.app](https://my.homey.app))

That’s why I suspect you first need to setup Homey with your network and your account, OR the handed over account from the previous owner.  
You’d use the Homey app on your smartphone to install / configure it.

What Homey model did you find btw? Pro 2023 (hockey puck) or Pro 2016-2019 (white ball)?
