This night I upgraded to 12.4.9 on Homey Pro 2023. Have you tried the ‘good old’ PtP: Take the power off Homey for 10 minutes. ---

Odd. If you created an offline backup prior to the update, you can revert to v12.4.8 I would recommend to also report your problem to support. ---

Hi Joep, I can’t help you with your issue but perhaps you may help me with mine. You mentioned you run Aquara devices via the Aquara hub. How does this work? I thought I have to conect the devices either to the Aquara hub _or_ to Homey. So when I connected the devices to Homey, they disappeared from the Aquara Hub/app. Any suggestion? Thanks! Thorsten ---

Try to expose to Matter! Than copy the Matter code and pair Matter device with homey. Contacted support. Update 12.5.0 should fix the issue and that would make it possible to repair the devices.
