Hey allen, Ik heb de protect app op mijn homey geïnstalleerd en het leek te werken, ik heb een cloudkey een g4 deurbel en g4 pro. Na het toevoegen van de apparaten werkte de bewegingsmelder 1x en daarna niet meer. Weet iemand wat ik verkeerd doe? ik hoor het heel graag, Alvast bedankt! ---

hallo allen, ik heb via een lokale login en API mijn homey uiteindelijk rechten kunnen geven op mijn Protect, maar ik krijg geen camera of deurbel toegevoegd, enkel unifyos ik krijg steeds een foutcode. Beste allen ik ben sinds dit weekend begonnen met Homey voor ons nieuwe huis en vooral aan spelen hoe alles werkt en ben onder indruk hoe het werkt. Ik kom allen tegen 1 ding aan en dat is bij unifi protect de stream naar homekit die krijg ik niet werkend. Kunnen jullie mij hierbij helpen waarom dit werkt. Stream werkt wel in Homey. ---

Ik heb in unief een nieuwe gebruiker aangemaakt en daarmee ingelogd in de app in homey. Dat is zeker het juiste gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord. Verder het IP adres van de router gebruikt en poort 433. Site staat op default. Mis ik ergens nog iets? ---

Ook gepost in de Engelse thread, maar voor de zekerheid ook hier: met een IP address werkt de card ‘Take a snapshot’ helaas niet, wegens een certificate-issue (de UDM heeft alleen maar “unifi.local”, logisch). Maar een domain name als host werkt helaas niet. Mogelijk om dat toe te voegen? De potentie van deze app is heel goed, dus ik wil ‘m graag gebruiken! ---

Wat probeer je precies te bereiken? dat je unifi.local kan gebruiken? dan moet ook je Homey met de juiste DNS instellingen ingesteld worden dan werkt dat automatisch.
