Are you using the Tuya Zigbee App for connecting your switch? There is a separate topic dedicated to that app: [[APP][Pro] Tuya Zigbee App](https://community.homey.app/t/app-pro-tuya-zigbee-app/26439)

It also lists which devices are supported and provides info on how you can request unsupported devices to be added. You’ll need to use the latest test version of the app to get support for all the devices listed.
