Ich selber habe keine TP-Link Geräte, deshalb kann ich nicht viel dazu sagen. Probeweise habe ich die App mal installiert und so wie Du es beschrieben hast, scheint es auch richtig zu sein. In dem offiziellen Post zur App kannst Du ja mal nach dem Problem suchen bzw. Dein Problem dort schildern.
