I have an **IntelliFire Plus Pro RC100** remote control for my Heat & Glo fireplace. Does anyone have any pointers to how I can get it to work?

PDF documentation for the remote is here: [http://downloads.hearthnhome.com/brochures/hng\_controls.pdf](http://downloads.hearthnhome.com/brochures/hng_controls.pdf)

It is a nice marketing sheet,
But nothing about signaling or protocols.

Sorry for the late reply. But no information on the protocols. But I think it’s radio for sure. No ir or anything like that.
