Is there a way to determine which physical device each node refers to? I can’t see a way to cross-reference nodes and Homey devices.

@deejayreissue Because Homey builds my network, with this app I can see at a glance where I need to improve the connections.
@Andy_Henderson Use Homey developer tools, you will at least find the router IP there.

Thanks, it’s a good thought but I already tried that (and advanced settings in the Homey app) but there’s no matching code or IP address between the two apps I can see besides the network name (which is the same for all devices connected to a network). Vendor and product info is decoded in the Homey app, but not in the Thread one which doesn’t even show the codes.
The Homey developer tools show me: ID, nodeCRUDItemId and mtr\_node\_id. The Thread app shows me MAC Extended Address, RLOC16 and IPv6 Address list comprising ML-EID (two different), RLOC and Link-Local Address - but none of that matches.
Did I miss something?

Ah. I’d forgotten about the Matter option in developer tools. So, to identify a device in the Thread app, I can look up its IPv6 address in the table shown by the Matter option in developer tools, I can then use the ‘3 dots’ link for that entry, option ‘View devices’ to get the device name.
Got it. Thanks.
I had one device that had only a ‘fair’ link to Homey. I assumed it was the furthest one, but that’s confirmed it.

I hope they add the ability to add a custom name for devices as its really tiresome to work out which device is which
