Edit:  
I mistakenly linked to an RJ45 model. the P1/RJ12 version is very hard to find.  
But how about an alternative?  
I found this interesting Norwegian HAN port wifi interface for the Kamstrup: [https://www.amsleser.no/home/1-41-pow-k-han-port-reader-for-kamstrup-omnipower-meters.html](https://www.amsleser.no/home/1-41-pow-k-han-port-reader-for-kamstrup-omnipower-meters.html).  
You can read the values with wifi & MQTT. No Homey dongle needed. And it is also sold to DK, SE & AT (AUT).

With apps [MQTT Broker App for Homey | Homey](https://homey.app/en-nl/app/nl.scanno.mqttbroker/MQTT-Broker/) and [MQTT Hub App for Homey | Homey](https://homey.app/en-nl/app/org.mqtt.hub/MQTT-Hub/) you can create a virtual device, and configure it to receive all MQTT data from the HAN port reader
