# Tapo P100 out-of-sync

My Tapo P100:s go out of sync and on/off is not reliable. Very disappointed.  
Works fine with TP-links own app.

Need help or just blowing off steam?

Since you are very vague, I’ve some questions as well:

1. Which of the 2 Honey Tapo apps do you use?
2. Which app version?
3. Which Homey model?
4. Which Homey firmware?

1. Tapo. The suggested, when adding the first P100,
2. v1.0.26
3. Homey Pro (Early 2023)
4. Version 12.5.1

Tapo version 3.13.111 for Android (not Homey) runs OK at Samsung S23.
