For the tado app by Athom you’d contact homey.app/support;
For the tadoZones app by Martin you’d post into the [app topic](https://community.homey.app/t/63742).

But the response from tado (posted by KikkerX10) basically says:
A. **Without the Auto-Assist subscription: limited to 100 requests/day**
_A small daily quota, which should still support basic use cases that are not available via tado’s local APIs: HomeKit for V3/V3+ devices or Matter for tado° X devices._
(imho) this means local connected tado devices with Homekit / Matter are not restricted.

B. **With Auto-Assist: 20.000 requests/day**
This should suffice for controlling thermostat + several TRV’s + Aircons.
I mean, twenty thousand calls a day is quite a lot (= 833 calls/hr `<>` 13.8 calls/min). And this doesn’t include Homekit / Matter connected tado devices.

Think before you buy cloud based devices (including Homey).
