Hallo allen, Ik heb een flow waarbij als de bel word ingedrukt mijn PTZ camera inzoomt op de voordeur , vervolgens een snapshot stuurt via de mail naar mijzelf, en dan na 30 seconden de camera weer in zijn originele positie terug keert. Tot 7 Juni werkte dit feilloos , echter vandaag kwam ik erachter dat de tag “maak snapshot” zowel bij het versturen van e-mail als bij push notificaties niet meer bestaat.(is dus inneens leeg in de flow) Ik heb 2 synology’s (DS216+II en DS 214)in huis met allebij camera’s en met verschillende DSM versies te weten 7.1- 42661 update 2 en 6.2.4-25556 update 6. Iemand soortgelijke problemen ??? ---

Is de hikvision app gestopt? Herstart deze eens en zijn de tags dan weer terug in de flowkaartjes? Of gebruik je de Onvif app? Herstart die dan eens… ---

Ik gebruik Surveillance Station 2 (Marc Schut) en voor de e-mail Chamid Media en voor de push notifications iets wat standaard al in homey pro zit. Apps en homey reeds een keer opnieuw opgestart… ---

Hoewel ik zelf niets veranderd heb binnen homey toch besloten een backup terug te plaatsen van 2 dagen geleden. Ik weet niet waarom en hoe maar probleem was daarmee opgelost
