Maybe it works without app as [Matter device](https://support.homey.app/hc/en-us/articles/9075551662108-Matter-for-Homey-Pro-Early-2023-and-Homey-Pro-mini)?

Otherwise it’s best to post into the Switchbot app topic, as mentioned at the app store app page.  
This way you’ll reach the app developer and fellow Switchbot users.
