# Support alecto

is there someting for alecto smart temp 10 and smart door 10 to connected with homey ?

If the devices are not supported by this [app](https://homey.app/de-de/app/nl.alecto/Alecto/), or there is no such app in the [Community App Store](https://store.homey.community), then I guess not.  
However, you can submit a [Device Request](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScPKV_joWXvvtACKuOdvDILbAzipk8mer0H4ZfOpJEthg-ibA/viewform) to Athom (developer of the app).

However, from my experience I can say that adding new devices usually takes several months, if they are added at all.

al via Tua app geprobeerd? (het is toch zigbee?)

ja heb die geprobeerd maar dan zegt ie onbekend zigbee apparaat en geen ondersteunende app
