# Spa Intex App does not install my device

Hello,

I have an Intex spa with a Patitan module that is managed through Jeedom.

I have acquired a Homey Pro and I would like to manage the spa through this platform.

I have seen some discussions on the subject in various forums and the app on Homey Pro… but I cannot configure my system.

Homey Pro IP: 192.168.0.41

I have installed.

MQTT client : [MQTT Client Appli pour Homey | Homey](https://homey.app/fr-fr/app/nl.scanno.mqtt/MQTT-Client/)

MQTT Broker : [MQTT Broker Appli pour Homey | Homey](https://homey.app/fr-fr/app/nl.scanno.mqttbroker/MQTT-Broker/)

MQTT Hub: [MQTT Hub Appli pour Homey | Homey](https://homey.app/fr-fr/app/org.mqtt.hub/MQTT-Hub/)

When I look at the logs, i see some traffic

on the broker

on the Client

when launching the spa Intex ([Spa Intex Appli pour Homey | Homey](https://homey.app/fr-be/app/fr.dvilleneuve.intex_spa/-Spa-Intex/)) from damien

I got this screen

and this keeps on “loading”

Does anybody faced the same issues?

I’m a novice in MQTT

when i use MQTT explorer, when i switch my spa on, he found a topic “WiFi” and “Pool”.. when playing with the keys on the display board, i see some publication as eg. Power = on but I can’t create a device

Your pictures are invisible, the links don’t work: error 404 (file does not exist).

Maybe this tutorial gets you going, it’s for an other device, but the principle is the same:
