# Sonoff minir4m - does it work?

I added it first to the eWeLink app, then added it to Homey without issues.

I got it working after changing the homey pro to use the 2.4Ghz wifi network.

I did not get it to work. I can connect the MINIR4M in the eWeLink app and in there its working. After that tried it directly in Homey app via connect to matter to add it… and it keeps searching after adding the matter code. I tried the second matter option (connect via IOS), where it finds the device, configurate it, but after that it keeps again searching for 2 minutus ending in a timeout request.

I tried it several times with resetting the device, connecting it to the power again, pushing the sync button for 5+ seconds… with no results… Anyone some solutions?
