# Somfy io outside window shutter

Hi, we have 6 large window shutters which each have their own remote control. One stopped working and we tried to reset it. Now they all either open/close at the same time , or not at all or the wrong way around …. How can we reset them individually? Thanks

I think that it is probably best to ask Somfy that question.
