Hi, 1. > [@\[HOWTO\] Find app support topics or support links](https://community.homey.app/t/howto-find-app-support-topics-or-support-links/68698): > > (NL versie vind je [hier](https://community.homey.app/t/howto-uitleg-hoe-vind-je-het-juiste-app-topic-of-de-juiste-support-links/68702) ) Dear Homey and forum user, Try to ask your question, or post your message, into related topics please: There’s a system with dedicated forum topics for most apps. This way, you will be able to get support the quickest way, and to get directly in touch with fellow app users and the developer(s). If not, there are often alternative support links present, like email or github issue tracker. How to: 1.Goto the app store → [https://homey.app](https://homey.app) 2.Search for the app . 2. When you’ve found the Tuya Cloud app topic, read the 1st post. Just like many other apps, there’s lots of howto’s, do’s and don’ts in opening posts. You’ll read about two alternative ways to use any Tuya wifi device, I’d like to advice to use the ‘Raw Commands’ with your switch. --- _[View the full topic](https://community.homey.app/t/smart-switch-3-gang-wifi-tuya-version-how-to-add-3-buttons-to-homey-pro/89120)._
