# Smart plug with power monitoring (16A)able to reset measures

I think most plugs act as kWh meter (counting forever).  
Resetting often can be only be done by factory resetting the device.

But, when you just like having daily totals available, have the meter feed a [Power by the Hour device](https://community.homey.app/t/20535), which calculates everything for you  
Example:
