It runs Android 11, in theory yes, if it’s possible to sideload apps.
Homey app can be extracted from Android systems:

So, if possible at all, it might sound easy, but it can be quite a hassle, and it could cause warranty issues.

Alternative:
Why not use a Samsung A9+ tablet for example;
With an 11" screen size, it’s much cheaper €264 vs [€160](https://tweakers.net/pricewatch/2005716/samsung-galaxy-tab-a9+-2023-wifi-4gb-ram-64gb-opslag-grijs.html), runs Android 15 and has a much higher res 1920x1200px (Shelly: 1280x752px).
It only needs some DYI to put the powerbrick into the wall box and mount the tablet.
