ok. alles klar.  
hier werden alle Probleme behandelt:

Öffnen Sie die erweiterten Geräteeinstellungen eines gekoppelten Plus/Pro-Geräts in Homey, das Sie als Bluetooth-Proxy für Homey verwenden werden;  
Klicken Sie auf die Wartungsaktion, um den BLE-Proxy auf diesem Plus/Pro-Gerät zu aktivieren.

Nun über die IP den shelly selber aufrufen und:  
Überprüfen Sie die Bluetooth-Einstellungen der Plus/Pro-Geräte, die Sie als Bluetooth-Proxy konfiguriert haben, um festzustellen, ob Bluetooth aktiviert und Bluetooth Gateway deaktiviert ist. Starten Sie Plus/Pro neu, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Änderungen ordnungsgemäß übernommen werden.

Ich hatte damals Bluetooth Gateway leider nicht deaktiviert und die gleichen probleme
