# Shelly H&T Geräte verlieren die Verbindung

Hallo, ich habe Shelly H&T Sensoren im Einsatz.

Egal ob per Batterie oder per Dauerstrom angeschlossen verlieren die Geräte die Verbindung zu homey.  
Auf den Tipp ist auch der Router/Gateway unter COLOT bereits hinterlegt.  
Die Geräte sind, auch wenn ich im Router deren festen IP Abfrage nicht da. / Die „normalen“ Shelly 230V Geräte habe ich keine Probleme nur die H&T…

Was kann das sein? Wenn ich einen reset durchführe und neu mit homey verbinde, hält das ca 2 Tage. Dann ist abbruch…

Wenn ich auf den “Knopf” in den Geräten drücke, nach 2-3x aktualisiert homey den Wert und er ist wieder da… ( also zuvor stand: vor 7 Tagen, Knopf 2-3x drücken, dann: vor 2 Minuten)
