# Setting up modes (Day, Evening, Night, Away, Vacation) in Homey

@PJ-AU I have a lot of complicated Standard-flows that runs in series and if I would recreate them I would recommend an Advanced flow. So showing my flows would probably only be confusing 😅.

You are probably better off with Bas documentation.

No dramas @Niclas i know the feeling WRT organic Standard Flows 😎, I’ll focus on Advanced.

@BasMilius (thanks again and great work) link led me to [FlowBits — Modes](https://flowbits.nl/guide/modes#examples) which has a great baseline. Still checking out Home State which looks interesting.
