Yeah, that’s a good point. For me, I tried it from a different browser with content blocking disabled and I still got the error, but my cirumstance was only a test in response to the question above. Maybe the @Mark_R will get the help needed from Athom support. ---

Apologies if I’ve missed something previously mentioned. I’m trying to create a local user account that I can use for a wall tablet. But I can’t seem to find a way of creating a simple local account. Going through settings-\>family & guests, it wants me to share an invite, which then wants me to create a homey account. Is there anyway to just create a local account? ---

In the settings screen you mention, click on the three dots after the (existing) user for which you want to create a local account. Thanks, I was after away for creating a local user without having to first create an online account. But doesn’t look like there is away…yet (hopefully). ---
