# Samsung Q990D not showing up as speaker

Hello everyone! Ive tried searching other topics but couldnt really figure it out.

So my issue is that my soundbar is not listed as a speaker on the devices tab.

When i tap the speaker button, i can press a button to add speakers but nothing happens. Under developer options the soundbar is listed as a speaker class, so that should be correct right?

Anyone that can help me out?

The soundbar only supports volume controls, no media controls (play/pause, shuffle/repeat, etc.) so it isn’t shown in the speakers screen.

Thats unfortunate, but i will do that, thanks!

By the way, do you know if its possible to use a Apple TV as a speaker on the devices tab?
