Hello everyone, I’m wondering whether there has been a recent change to the way charts are displayed in the “Insights” tab. They look much more rounded and flattened than before. It feels like the issue started yesterday. I have an electricity consumption spike every 30 seconds, and I can no longer see it. It’s as if an average over the last minute is being applied. Do you know anything more about this? I couldn’t find any other thread on the subject. Thanks! ---

Yes, Homey Insights averages your data to reduce storage space. If you want to keep all data, you can for instance use [Google Sheets](https://homey.app/a/com.google.sheets) ---

Thank you for your answer and for the tips. I forgot to mention that 'I’m talking about the “1 hour” view, where I used to see updates every like 20 seconds I guess. You don’t see any difference on your side ? I’ll try to find old screenshots to show the difference ---

For me it’s also around 20 seconds in the 1 hour view. Which Homey model do you have? I have a Homey Pro 2019. If you have a Homey Pro 2023, there has recently been an update for it (12.10.0) which might cause it ---

I confirm I have a “Homey Pro (Early 2023)”. I checked the [change log](https://homey.app/en-us/wiki/homey-pro-firmware-changelog/) but couldn’t find anything about Insights. Should I report my issue somewhere else ? Thank you again ---

Hello, thank you for your confirmation, it’s a pitty, I feel I can’t rely anymore on these graphs ☹ I don’t know if there is a workaround… I tryed homey.app/support but the form redirects me to … the community forum so I’m quite stuck here ---

Had filed a bug report a couple of days ago and - from my understanding - it was confirmed as a bug which will be fixed. So lets hope this is not permanent… ---

And now they wait month until next big release instead of correcting this disturbing bug immediately? Stupid decision. The insights are anyway somehow useless due to the averaging (because they do it already for the same day and do not wait at least some weeks). At least for the last hour and max 6 h Insights were helpful. But now…. Good, that I use anyway Google Sheets to log the mainly interesting insights. ---
