As far as I understand the RoomMe API sends JSON packets to a specified adress. And homey can interpret JSON packets, so it should be possible to integrate it, without programming an app. Of course an app would be more convienient and I would also support it (financially).

I heard from the people of CrownStone they will be releasing an app for Homey in a few months.

They had lots of issues with BLE. Probably with 5.0 fix, they will be able to release a stable version.
