In dem folgenden Post siehst Du mal eine Umsetzung zum Dimmen von Hue Lampen, wenn diese nicht mehr an der Hue Bridge gekoppelt sind.

Es ist also vieles machbar, aber teilweise auch aufwendiger als mit der Hue Bridge direkt.
