Ist sicherlich nicht das was Du gerne hören/lesen möchtest, aber meine Empfehlung wäre den App Entwickler zu kontaktieren bzw. Dir mal das entsprechende App Topic anzuschauen und dort ggfs. Dein Problem zu schildern:
