Is it possible to add a “activate/de-activate siren” to the stickup cameras? And also set “arm/disarm” state for all ring devices? I get these options in Homekit, when connected through Homebridge.

Hopefully on short notice. There is a test version available to test this feature. Just wait patiently and all good things will come.

No, i’m not, i’m just testing. And the version on github has been tested successfully. So I have a working alarm and light through flows. Really happy with it. Don’t know yet what to do with it besides a sophisticated alarm of some kind, but it works!
