# Request for extension of ui-components - numeric-selector

Hi,

in my app (com.entone.ir) I created the infrared signals for a particular settop box used in the Netherlands. One of its features is setting the channel. There currently is no ui-component in het homey app to support this; so for now I used an enumeration of 100 values. This is not really user friendly; therefore I would like to request a ui-component: numeric selector that works kinda like your remote control. You should be able to select one or more numbers 0-9 and the app should call the associated capability with this value. Please take into account that a user might need to enter more than one number to switch to a channel; the UI should take care of this.

Please let me know if this is the right way to request this.
