# Red led ring on

After yellow ring opstard red led rring on and no resset possible.

Is it a \< 2023 (2016/2018/2019) homey or a 2023 version? what did you already try to resolve this issue?  
Without any information it’s hard for the community to help you out

Homy spontaneously stopped working (light no longer came on).

After switching off and switching on power, the orange LED ring will turn and after a while it will turn steady red.

Turning it upside down doesn’t help any factory reset not possible.
