Since the latest (beta 9.1.0.1680) update of the android app I see a red dot with a number. Searching for a while now, but have no clue where the number is referring to. Anyone? ---

Turned off and on the Notifications permission and now the red dot is gone… but I’m still curious what it was. ---

Sure, but what are these notifications, where can I find them? Because it doesn’t seem to be the app updates. ---

In the _Android_ notifications area. As @Dijker says, it’s a standard Android feature. More info [here](https://support.google.com/android/answer/9079661) including a reference to ‘notification dots’. Andy ---

Thanks. Somehow after clearing the messages the dot was still there. But now If i remove the messages the dot is gone. ---
