# Reconnect to devices?

You can use this (just for z-wave I guess)  
[https://tools.developer.homey.app/tools/pair](https://tools.developer.homey.app/tools/pair)

Also, you can just pair an existing device again → Homey will probably respond with: “This device is already paired”; → When you restart the app in question, the device should work again without further actions needed.

Does it need to be removed, and paired again, then there’s this brilliant script to replace the device ID’s, and then all’s set:
