Have you looked at the test flows I shared? All the building blocks are there to create the random text. The actual flows you need to build your original question are below in text.  
Maybe looking at the tutorial [Getting Started - Logic variables](https://community.homey.app/t/getting-started-logic-variables/20132) will help you on your way how to create the cards you need.
