# Qubino shutter: works in dev.athom but not in the app

One of my qubino shutter module was disconnected.  
After plug in it back, i can see it in [https://developer.athom.com/tools/zwave](https://developer.athom.com/tools/zwave). I healed, tested and sent On or Off without issue. The shutters opens and closes when I do that.

Within the app, i still have the device but it does not launch the shutter. the flows did not launch action.  
any idea with ? any idea what I can do to gain access to this shutter ? If i can avoid exclusion / inclusion, that would be great (too many flow to rebuild…)
