Hi.  
I’m from Russia and I bought z-wave devices with local frequency 869.  
Homey don’t see them. Can you help?

If your homey is delivered with a Russian region zwave chip, it should find it just fine.  
If your homey is not with the Russian zwave chip you will have to contact [support@athom.com](mailto:support@athom.com) for a solution.  
You can find your region [here](http://developer.athom.com/tools/zwave)

Or do you mean it is included as “unknown zwave device”?

You’ll definitely need to contact support about that, as the frequency is different for Russia and Europe.
