Hello, from yesterday i have issue with (AND) push notification (CONFIRM yes/no) , after click the notification dont show the question yes/no anymore. I uninstall /install the app, after that, works ok for 2 notifications ONLY. I reboot the homey pro 2023 , works for 2 notifications and after dont ask me the question again. I use this 3+ months without any problem. Please advice. HP23, latest firmware and app. Diagnostics code: 84871A12 ---

I don’t know. I have enabled automatic updates. I have version 12.4.0 It was yesterday? 😬😬😬 @Athome_homey any fix for this? ---

After an update: The weirdest issues could be gone when you power off Homey for 10 minutes. I install my updates myself. And with a Pro 23, you’d create a offline USB backup prior to updating, in order to rollback when needed. > [@iGiorgis](#): > > @Athome_homey any fix for this? It doesn’t work like that. You should really send a support request to Athom via the link provided by @Peter_Kawa. On the support page, select your Homey, then Mobile App (in the Platform section), provide a description of your issue and submit your ticket. The user you referred to in your earlier post is not Athom nor an Athom employee. He is just a fellow community member. Tip: you can tap on a username to see the full name, if provided. ---

I had the app notifications switched off. That prevents the push and yes/no notifications ---

@ricercar my notifications of course are ON. I receive the normal notification but NOT the “Confirm” Yes/No 😕 ---

Hello again. Any progress about this??? The “Confirm” Push notifications works only at  Watch and NOT at the iphone. 😕 ---

Just to clarify, on iPhone you first receive a notification without any confirmation buttons: ![IMG_5698](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex025/uploads/athom/original/3X/8/3/830a88f84b1a143e92511c3fa74b820c547389b4.jpeg) Next, when you tap the notification, the Homey app opens and shows you the questions again with the confirmation buttons that you can subsequently tap: ![IMG_5699](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex025/uploads/athom/original/3X/a/c/ac5b089534676f603e1b293a8105a24ed6d8a625.jpeg) So on iPhone (and iPad) you don’t get confirmation buttons in the original notification message itself. ---

I found the issue and I send report for that. The problem was the VPN that I had enabled to my iPhone. The exact problem was because I had enabled Thread Protection from Nord VPN. After I disabled everything was fine. ---

I could confirm that I had the similar problem, I was using [Connect to public AdGuard DNS servers](https://adguard-dns.io/en/public-dns.html) for remove ads from my app and this dns blocked the notification on the app, I could use long press on notification and I could chose directly form notification yes or not and it worked, but I i press on the notification the app does’t show anyhing. I fix it removing the dns ---

Hello, Recently I’m the happy owner from a Homey Pro. First of all , Great forum and thank you all for all the topics. I learned a lot. 👍 I’m having the same problem. I get the message from homey on my android phone (Samsung Fold 7). For example; The alarm is activated. Will you turn it off? When I click on the message the homey app opens but I don’t see “Confirm notification” Yes / No Not even when I long click the message. Does this only works with an iphone?
